▶ As an attorney with a successful practice specializing in business and estate planning and transaction services, Aaron brings both a legal and strategic perspective to each transaction. Aaron helps clients navigate the merger and acquisition processes, with an emphasis on providing unparalleled expertise and exceptional service.
▶ Aaron is the owner and founder of Jackson Law Firm, PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in trusts, estates, business, and real estate matters, and is the managing member of Jackson Settlement Services, LLC. Prior to starting his own business ventures, Aaron served as a shareholder for two premier Harrisburg law firms in their tax, estates and trusts practice groups.
▶ Aaron has dedicated his career to serving the needs of clients in the Central Pennsylvania region and throughout the Commonwealth. He has served on several community boards and committees to include: the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania Board of Directors (Past President), Bethesda Mission Board of Directors (Past President), the West Shore YMCA Board of Directors, the Carole Landis Foundation for Social Action Board of Directors, Chambersburg Country Club Board of Directors (Past President), and the West Shore Country Club Board of Directors. Aaron is also a member of Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Central PA.
▶ In his free time, Aaron enjoys riding motorcycles, golfing, skiing, learning guitar, playing pool, listening to podcasts, and hanging out at home with his wife, son, three Pekingese dogs, and an ever-growing number of rescued cats.
▶ Aaron is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, class of 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Liberty University in 2001.
▶ As a licensed investment banker, Royce is sought out by business owners from all walks of life. He is routinely referred to clients by wealth advisors, estate planning attorneys and other key advisors who realize important (and often tough!) conversations and must take place in order to refine and optimize any successful transition.
▶ Royce began his investment banking career in Dallas, TX, working in the front office of Société Générale’s trade commodity finance division. The Group’s $40mln+ generating portfolio was highly transactional, comprised of large private and public companies dedicated to the Energy, Agricultural and Metals sectors. During his time at Société Générale Royce performed various credit underwriting functions and completed numerous deal structuring and executions ranging from $40mln to $3.4B bilateral and syndicated transactions, to interest rate swaps and foreign exchange and derivative hedging lines on the bank debt platform.
▶ After obtaining technical training, Royce went on to join a boutique investment banking firm located in Pennsylvania where he specialized in M&A (sell-side and buy-side), business valuations, corporate turnaround and divestitures. In addition to leading the sell-side team, Royce was responsible for communicating an estimated fair market value of the business to help better understand pricing expectations. ▶ Royce currently serves on two community boards: Four Chaplains Prayer Breakfast of York, PA and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of York & Adams Counties. He also served on the membership committee of the M&A Source, a non-profit professional organization for lower-middle market intermediaries.
▶ Royce earned a BS in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University where he also competed for the men’s varsity volleyball team. He and his wife Abigail welcomed their first born daughter, Sage, into the world in March 2025 and also have a golden retriever, Reagan. The Clemens currently reside in York, Pennsylvania.
